Training and Facilitation

I offer systemic coaching and facilitation to businesses, organisations and senior leaders. Sometimes symptoms emerge in individuals and in whole businesses that do not appear to have a root cause or immediate source. Working with a systemic awareness and the application of constellations are effective ways to reveal hidden dynamics and to illuminate issues at an individual, team and organisational level.

I also offer training, advice and support to schools to raise the attainment of their Ethnic Minority pupils, including those who have English as an Additional Language. I have 30 years experience of working in this field, including 10 years of working as an EMA advisor for Devon County Council.
