Hello and welcome
I’m in my mid-sixties and live in Surrey near the Thames. Being near water is my favourite way to ground, relax and create some headspace. I am a mother and a grandmother. I am passionate about dancing, music, travel and all things arty. Over the last 3 decades, I have reinvented myself many times. I am enjoying more freedom in my older years and love supporting the amazing women through my change coaching programmes.
Life isn’t a straightforward path. Change often arrives in unexpected ways. When it hits us, it feels overwhelming. Whether that’s change in our career, relationships, or a role or place we’ve outgrown. It's also common to feel exhausted and drained from giving too much to others at the expense of ourselves. How we navigate change successfully from the inside is what inspires me daily.
My wish for you is to have a fulfilling and joyful life. If things are ending in your life right now, know that however difficult life is, there is a way forward to a brighter future.
A bit about my journey…
My 40’s was my most challenging decade. Looking back, I was constantly juggling, trying to balance career and family responsibilities. I experienced prolonged periods of stress and took months off work. No one called it burnout in those days or gave me much guidance. I changed from being a strong, capable, resourceful woman to having zero energy. I hit rock bottom.
I was forced to make some very difficult decisions about my career path and family life. I had to face the shame and guilt that a marriage breakdown brings. It was a very lonely and challenging time.
At 42, just when my life was beginning to get back on track, I received a breast cancer diagnosis. I believed that the ongoing stress had taken its toll on my body. I began researching alternative therapies and sought out healers, therapists and health professionals. I eventually found my pathway through the maze and here I am alive and well in my 60’s.
We all have these life-defining moments, whether change is forced on us or we decide something needs to change. I am here to support you with whatever change life is throwing at you, whether that’s redundancy, workplace stress, relationship breakdown, health challenges, burnout or the desire to break free and do something different.
We only have one precious life. Let’s live it to the full.
“Working with Heather was a genuinely grounding and inspiring experience. Her communication is warm, clear, and easy, which created a space where I felt both supported and challenged. I especially appreciated her creative offerings, such as constellation work and Logosynthesis — practices which I’ve since integrated into my own professional toolbox. I’m grateful for the depth and originality she brings to her coaching.”

A bit about my coaching journey and qualifications
I qualified as a coach at 49 after working as an educational advisor. In the public sector, I experienced periods of organisational change and disruption. I wanted to find a way to support people more directly and to find a model of healing and development that would clear the blocks and limitations that come our way. I found Logosynthesis®, which has radically shifted the way I coach. Logosynthesis® is a powerful integrative way to heal from stress, manage painful emotions, difficult life events and let go of outdated beliefs and programmes.
Alongside Logosynthesis, I discovered the power of systemic coaching. This is a valuable way to explore the hidden issues and agendas in an organisational, team or relationship dynamic.
